The Espace Killy has two snow-parks. In recent years Tignes has become a mecca for freestyle skiers and snowboarders, with a park in Val Claret next to Les Lanches, and a huge park on the Grande Motte Glacier during the summer season. For these reasons Tignes, along with Val d'Isere has become known as one of the best resorts in Europe for park riding.
Val d'Isere now features a snow park that challenges any in Europe and has clearly become the focal point for freestyle riding in the Espace Killy. Designed by local riders and maintained on a regular basis the park has rails and kickers for all abilities with regular competitions and a boardercross course along with a bbq and an area just to sit and watch it's a great place to hang out in the sun!
