Tignes have just modified the way a carte neige is purchased.
You must now provide a personal medical certificate in order to obtain it.
You can purchase a medical certificate in resort from the medical centre but this will cost at least 25€ so we highly recommend that you visit your doctor / GP before leaving the UK and get a free UK medical certificate to show you are in good health.
