The brand strives to build a community with a much bigger cause. The company is only small, forging a path in an industry of giants and their priorities keep us dedicated to building their community as well as building quality snowboards and other products that enrich lives...

Vita series (womens)
The VITA SERIES has a board for every female rider. You can choose between the VITA PARK, VITA ROCKER or the VITA WAVELENGTH. These boards are built with the same high-end ingredients as their series counterparts, but these boards have geometry scaled to better fit a female rider. This year’s graphic spans all three VITAs with a downpour of color—but don’t worry. You’re safe under the Signal umbrella.
Magnum ABS sidewalls
Sintered bases on all models
“Standard Profile” core
Iso-Sub 4160 top material provides a softer torsion flex
The alternating grain structure of the Poplar core provides maximum strength and maximum pop
Signal’s own Three-Stage Park Rocker’s unique design: Stage One is continuous contact.
This creates a level board through the bindings. It allows you to hold an edge without catching one. Stage One acts as a small board when you stand flat over this section. Stage Two rolls up five degrees into Stage Three, the ‘flat spot’. Stage Two creates a pivot point when transferring from the level— or flat—area between the bindings and the ‘flat spot’ of Stage Three.
Stage Two also acts as a secondary contact point when you are carving
Triaxial glass on the top of the core and biaxial glass on the bottom of the core for pop and strength
Rock On!
Park series
These boards are a favorite year after year because they have a soft flex, are durable and can handle anything you get yourself into. From camber to flat, wide waist to narrow, there is a PARK board here for everyone. Inspired from ETT, this year’s graphic has cassette tape under the topsheet — like the Boombox episode!
Built for today’s terrain parks and city streets— Built to take a beating
Magnum ABS sidewalls
Sintered bases on all models
“Park Profile” core, which is thinner on the nose and tail but has a standard thickness between your feet
The alternating grain structure of the Poplar core provides maximum strength and maximum pop
Lightweight triaxial glass on the top and bottom of the core gives the Park a soft but more controlled flex
Nylon 8210 top material provides a softer torsional flex
Carbon stringers from tip to tail for added pop and strength
Rocker series
Rocker or Rocker Light, you choose your degree of lift, size and proportion from this line of ROCKERS. This year’s graphic combines the colors of our ROCKER tradition and adds the style from our ETT Dartboard episode!
Signal’s own Three-Stage Park Rocker’s unique design: Stage One is continuous contact.
This creates a level board through the bindings. It allows you to hold an edge without catching one. Stage One acts as a small board when you stand flat over this section. Stage Two rolls up five or ten ( depending on which Rocker ) degrees into Stage Three, the ‘flat spot’. Stage Two creates a pivot point when transferring from the level— or flat—area between the bindings and the ‘flat spot’ of Stage Three. Stage Two also acts as a secondary contact point when you are carving
“Standard Profile” Poplar core, which is thicker between the feet and tapers out as it reaches the nose and tail. There is no need for extra tapering as the nose and tail are already in the air because of the Rocker that starts at your feet
Matte Nylon 8210 top for softer torsion flex
Durasurf sintered base
Triaxial glass top and biaxial glass on the bottom of the core • Carbon stringer tip to tail
Rock on!
Wavelength/Omni series
This hybrid can take you from the park to the powder. It combines camber between your feet with Rocker on the tip and tail. This year's Omni graphic is taken straight from the factory floor. Our graphics department is full of silkscreen inks and this is a photo of our mixing table. Ride the Wavelength!
All things to all mountain riders! Rocker and camber blended together create Wavelength technology
Camber between your feet
Five degree Rocker from your feet out to the tip and tail
Rocker keeps your nose up in powder while the camber provides edge control while you carve.
The transition point provides an additional contact point that engages even before the effective edge
Less surface area on the snow equals a faster board!
Directional and a twin board. It’s directional in the sense that the nose is longer than the tail. Twin in the sense that the tip and tail widths are identical
Radial sidecut meets at the center of the board
Poplar core with “Standard Profile”
Biaxial glass on the bottom of the core and triaxial glass on the top
Durasurf sintered base material
Iso-Sub 4160 tops
Carbon torsion bars
OG series
The Original Series always carries the creative torch. Hand painted top sheets and Flotsam and Jetsam bases make this series one of a kind. The OG series is our most progressive flex pattern and built for high speeds, big air or the more advanced rider. At one time, people told us we were crazy to think that we could run a company the way we wanted. Some even said, “When pigs fly!” Well, this year’s graphic is just for those who doubted the possibilities.
All-mountain freestyle board
Lightweight, directional, and torsionally responsive
Triaxial glass on the top and biaxial glass on the bottom of the core
Stance options for each OG are set back one centimeter
Dual independent sidecut is centered off the inserts and meets at the waist
We hand paint each OG top sheet. No two are the same
Flotsam and Jetsam Bases. We utilize reconstituted base material for new manufacture
One-of-a-kind with many different base combinations
Twin shape
Sintered base material
Poplar core with “Mountain Profile” which means that the core is tapered between your feet for easier edge control
Nylon 8210 Top sheets
Available in either Camber or Flat Technology
Epic series: Backcountry
New for the 2012-13 season is the EPIC! This twist on an old school powder board is modernized by adding wavelength technology. The topsheet is made with a hand-stained wood laminate like our ETT Netherlands and Kidwell episodes. And to make it even more epic, we’ve added the split board as yet another option. Powder has never looked so good!
