The Alliance Snowboard School reported that the temperature was a cool minus 7.5 degree C this morning - very frosty. Forecast is to stay cold, so the permafrost layer is going to get deeper, this means when the snow comes, it should stay and create a strong base for the season which is vital for sustained winter.
