04/09/08 - Dear All, Jib-Vid Evolution is fast approaching.
It's now under 3 weeks until the Jib-Vid concept makes it's début in Bristol. The team spots are filling up with some great talent, and after seeing some of these guys skating at the recent Project 360 event; we're sure the results of a single weekend filming and editing will be spectacular.
Team entries are open until 20th September and we do have spots left, so to avoid disappointment, teams are encouraged to enter, for free, now at www.jib-videvolution.com
We have recently made the decision to extend the filming window from 30 hours to 40 hours, starting at 9pm on Friday 26th September; in order to give the teams more time to capture and edit their movies; resulting in more impressive Jib-Vids at the projection party.
Part one of a three-part documentary following the Whitelines team at the 2008 Winter Oakley Jib-Vid in Mayrhofen is now available online at www.jib-videvolution.com/video.php.
The film follows the team as they go through the processes of creating their short film in just 26 hours. It's a must-see to gain an insight into what the teams go through in order to create their Jib-Vids.
And finally.....The Urban Knights have been confirmed to rock the Jib-Vid Evolution afterparty in The Attic nightclub after the presentation and judging of the completed Jib-Vids.These guys are heavily booked throughout the UK and abroad over the next few months, so it is a pleasure to be able to welcome them to Jib-Vid Evolution.

Under 2 weeks to go and Jib-Vid Evolution is shaping up to be a fantastic weekend. Some great teams from across the UK have signed up, bringing top talent from as far as the west coast of Scotland down to compete against the local Bristolians.
